Creating Equal Opportunities for Talented Youth in South County Dublin
South County Dublin is one of the most socially and economically disadvantaged areas in the country, but despite this is producing fantastic young people who deserve equal opportunities and much more. This programme aspires to develop these opportunities for the young people in our community. Programmes such as Inspiring the Future Ireland are vital to ensure our young people are afforded the same opportunities as their counterparts in less marginalized areas. These fantastic young people need to be opened up to the unlimited amount of jobs available on their doorstep!

Feedback from Some of Our Volunteers

Engaging with the 6th class pupils. They are a lovely bunch and asked some really good questions.

Best bit

The interaction with the kids! Really impressed by their engagement + enthusiasm and their many many questions 🙂

I genuinely enjoy doing these and if I can help one kid to follow their dreams and not feel as lonely as I did in school, job done!

I love hearing peoples' journeys and stories so it's always great and lovely to see the questions from the students. I really hope it has some impact.
